2015 Favourites

I think 2015 has been my favourite year so far, although there's been a few downs, there has been way more 'ups.' Here are ten of my favourites from 2015:

1. OFF THE SHOULDER TOPS I recently made a blogpost about my 'off the shoulder' top collection. I think the 70s was the biggest trend of 2015, which meant all high street shops were stocking bardot tops which I already loved, it just made them more accessible! Love love love

2. BLACK OLD SKOOL VANS. This year I bought my first pair of Vans, I'm not a fan of the authentic Vans, so I opted for the old skool ones. And as you can see from the photo I've worn them a lot! They're my go-to, comfy shoes to wear to sixthform that go with every outfit. Typically for sixthform I'll wear these Vans, ripped ASOS ridley jeans and a Brandy Melville tshirt because they're so soft!

3. PLL. After watching a few episodes on holiday with my friend Anya back in New York last year, I finally gave in and continued watching it! And OMG it's ruined my life, I'm counting down the days till season 6B because I have so many questions! But now not only am I obsessed with the show, I'm now obsessed with the cast too. Seriously though, can I be Shay Mitchell? And can we take a moment to appreciate Tyler Blackburn's face?!

4. THE KITE RUNNER. I was assigned to read this book for my AS level Eng Lit exam. Most books I have to read for English I don't enjoy, purely because I'm having to stop, analyse and write notes every paragraph which is very frustrating! So after reading and analysing it for my exam, I re-read it and it's now one of my favourite books. I think everyone should read it, especially with what's going on in world right now. My favourite quote: "Children aren't coloring books. You don't get to fill them with your favorite colors."

5. PURPOSE - JUSTIN BIEBER. Who would've guessed it, this year I became a belieber along with practically everyone else. A few of my favourites are No Pressure, Company and I'll Show You.

6. BAD WEX. You know those bad memories that arrise late at night or when you're just wanting to hate on yourself? Well this is mine, I'm not gonna go into detail. I'm just using this as a reminder for future Claudia, whose probably laughing at my stupidity. This definitely wasn't a favourite from 2015!!

7. VFEST. This year I went to my first festival, why not go all out and get a weekend ticket at a huge festival Claudia. Seriously though it's one of my favourite memories from this year and I'm excited to go to another in 2016, possibly Reading.. My blogpost from the trip is here

8. APPLYING FOR UNI. After going to loads of open days, putting all my information onto track, I sent off my uni application in November. I currently have 3/4 offers and I'm stuck between Sheffield and Bournemouth ahh help! But just getting offers from Universities even if I don't intend on going there, it's such a compliment to know they want you!

9. CENTRE PARCS. Spending time with my family without being distracted by my phone particularly social media was really refreshing. We all had our bikes and loved the rapids. Me and my brother took our cameras everywhere with us and filmed it all if you want to watch it here.

10. QUAY SUNGLASSES. Here's me channelling my inner Shaym. This year I got two pairs of Quay sunnies, which both have a blue tinted lens. I really love how these glasses can make an outfit so much more, if I'm wearing a plain white tee and jeans these glasses make me look much cooler than I am.

Those are a few of my favourite memories and pieces of 2015!

Happy New year!

Claudia xo
