#CLAUGUST

It's the 1st of August and it's time for some self-improvment! I give you #CLAUGUST, below are the ten guidelines that I shall be adhering to for the entire month of August (wish me luck) In the hope to better my life a little and prepare me for a fresh start in September! Do it with me - tweet #CLAUGUST with a picture of you doing any of these:

1. Exercise for at least an hour every single day.

2. Drink (at least) six cups of water a day, I always forget to drink water and end up feeling sluggish. I even bought a fruit infuser bottle to make it taste slightly better.

3. Post two blogposts a week.

4. Take off your makeup before bed, unless I shower before bed I rarely do it out of pure laziness. We need to clear this skin of yours!

5. Do all your bridging work for sixth form before the 10th, don't leave it till last minute like last year and regret it!

6. Do a clothes swap/donate my clothes. I'm a sentimental sob when it comes to clothes and I feel a waft of guilt if I throw out something that someone bought for me but it's getting a little ridiculous! I have far too many clothes being unworn.

7. Keep your bedroom tidy! I've been a 'floordrobe' kinda girl for years but I really need to break that habit. It causes a bit of an awkward situation when people spontaneously come round and I have to either keep them away from the mess that is my room or quickly shove everything into my wardrobe.

8. Venture out more! Growing up in suburbia you're constantly surrounded by people that like to stay in their little bubble but there's so much going on out there and I feel as if I'm not taking advantage of it!

9. Learn some new choreography and get back into dance, not necassarily go to any classes but at least learn some new choreo to make sure I still find it easy to pick up and I love dancing anyway so I'm looking forward to this!

10. Learn how to use chopsticks! My Asian roots are pretty ashamed of me right now, I used to use them when I was very ickle but I've forgotten how to use them!
