Alternative ways to revise

For many people their exams will be beginning soon, me included my first one is in 48 days and I'm pooping my pants. I'm currently doing my A-Levels (Drama, Eng Lit, Media and Sociology) and I thought I'd give you some easy, creative ways to revise, I don't know about you but I'm pretty sick of past papers (booooring!!) So here they are let me know if they're useful :

REVISION 1 - MAKE A RAP

Now I know this may sound pretty lame but it's actually quite fun and easy to do! This will also help remind you of a point/theory in an exam if you're stuck and I may have stolen this idea from Hannah Montana well that was a dance, remember the bone dance? :D Write it down, try make it catchy so it's easier to remember. Also use rhyme zone.

Here's a very poor example (I apologise in advance) -

Porphryria's Lover,

More like it's time to go undercover,

I killed her with her yellow hair,

She could no longer breath air,

Pathetic fallacy,

Took me to another galaxy,

It's written in chronological order,

But I'm pretty sure I have a disorder,

Enjambment is used,

It's most likely that Porphryia is bruised.

Porphryia was my bae,

What more can I say,

She's now a doll,

So she can no longer crawl,

AWAY.

*DROPS MIC*

JAY-Z watch this space.

OK, I'm aware it's terrible but it will help you remember key events/facts!

REVISION 2 - (with friends)

Although people always say "don't make it too boring, revise with friends" I don't know if me and my friends are just easily distracted but the last time we all revised together we ended up ordering a takeaway and watching a film. So, if you all want to revise together make it fun! Do a little quiz night, (still) order a takeaway and each of you prepare a pub quiz with knowledge you'll need to know for you exam. Include anagrams, a picture round and an extra general knowledge so you don't completely bore yourself to death. Adding in this competitive aspect will hopefully make you guys revise even harder! Try work out these anagrams that link to revision techniques -

1. EUC RACDS

2. ALBEITMET

3. NIMDAMP

4. TAPS ASPPER
